A primary trade union organization has been established at the JSC "ALEVKURP" enterprise.
Joining a trade union will allow workers - members of the trade union to defend their interests together, and through negotiations with the employer to improve working conditions and provide additional social guarantees - to reach specific agreements.
The trade union committee sets itself the task of rallying the team, improving the socio-economic situation of workers, developing social partnership and professional solidarity.
